jwh-307

Known for its formal name (5-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-pentylpyrrol-3-yl)-naphthalen-1-ylmethanone, JWH-307 is an analgesic drug for chemical and scientific research. It works directly as a cannabinoid agonist at CB1 and CB2 brain receptors, but somehow selective for the CB2, possessing Ki 7.7 nM (CB1) and 3.3nM (CB2). It has a unique odor and melts into a clear liquid and with CAS registry number 914458-26-7, molecular formula, C26H24FNO and nominal mass 385.

Supplied as a white crystallized powder, JWH-307 is new synthetic cannabinoid, a member of the naphthoylindole family and an alternative research chemical of the JWH family. And for JWH-307 effects, it can give an energy boost, lightness, euphoria, sociability and laughter. For chemical research, suppliers note, it is more powerful than JWH-250 with an approximate experiment duration to about three hours.

Commonly marketed and sold as plant food or bath salts to avoid legal issues, JWH-307, along with its family of synthetic cannabinoids, are often components of herbal blends widely available online and a myriad of other places, including head shops and gasoline stations. Even though JWH-307 has not been much researched, as compared to attention given to cannabis and may not, in fact, be safe, people use synthetic cannabinoids to get really super high and to avoid legal trouble.

JWH-307, in particular, has first been detected as a component in synthetic cannabis herbal incenses or smoking blends in Germany (2012).

Drugs Forum user ‘Frequency’ said that JWH 307 was very cerebral and stoning with his heart rate up a bit (not bothersome), but had selectivity for CB2. Effects lasted 45 minutes or so at a dose of 10 t0 30 mg.

Current market price averages $23.00/gram.
